Educational Advising
Educational advising and university placement is managed by Beaconhouse’s Career Guidance Department. Offices of The Access Centre have been set up at all A Level and IBDP campuses of Beaconhouse to offer a seamless advisory service to students. The Access Centre plays an increasingly proactive role in supporting and assisting students in their foreign and local university placements. Our team of Career Advisors come from diverse academic and professional backgrounds, and provide educational advising for students, as well as parents.
The many services offered by our trained advisors include subject selection, college strategy, preparing a credible application, writing an appropriate college essay and filling out highly complex financial aid forms. There is also a focus on profile-building through volunteer work, offering standardised college tests on campus, career sessions by professionals and pre-departure orientations. The department also organises visits by officials from both local and international universities, allowing students to interact directly with them. Career advisers in schools are available for both parents and students through seminars/workshops and one-on-one meetings.

The Access Centre has been set up at all A Level and IBDP campuses of Beaconhouse College Programme to offer a seamless advisory service to students. Through this platform, thousands of students get the opportunity to study at some of the best educational institutions in the world every year. The Access Centre has maintained and enhanced its reputation over the years by obtaining placements in top IVY League Schools to Russell Group and Local Universities, along with fully funded educational perks from universities worldwide, especially in the US, UK, Australia, and Canada. Over the years, the numbers of international admissions, offers, placements, and scholarships have increased consistently.
Beaconhouse Old Students Society
BOSS
The foundation for BOSS (Beaconhouse Old Students Society) was laid in 1991 by a group of alumni from Beaconhouse School, Garden Town Campus, Lahore. The aim of this initiative was simple, to stay connected and endeavour to organise meetings and events, championing camaraderie at a time far removed from the current ease of social media communication.
A graduate of the Beaconhouse Defence Campus, Lahore, Hassan is the man behind HSY – a fashion label started in 2000, which employs a staff of over 350 people. He won Pakistan’s Lux Style Fashion Designer award in 2006 and has an honours degree in couture from the Pakistan School of Fashion Design. Traditionally a bridal and formal wear couture house, HSY has now also introduced lines of home furniture and interior design accessories. His current clientele includes royal families in the Middle East, socialites in South Asia and more recently in the US and Europe. HSY currently houses its flagship studio in Lahore with complementing stores inKarachi, Manchester, Houston and Dubai. Future stores are planned in New York City and Toronto
